Before using ANY of Spookleaf Collective's product lines, the following safety guidelines needs to be taken into consideration. Many of the products contain plant-derived oils from natural tree nuts, seeds, and fruit.

It is important to recognize that these statements and products have not been evaluated by the FDA. In no way are products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Before using any of the products, Spookleaf Collective does suggest doing a small patch test when using products for the first time. If there are health conditions or concerns, it is always best to address your primary care physician. It is encouraged to contact a medical professional before using any new drug, supplement, or product. 

Please ensure if you have allergies to check our ingredients & safety information for our most up-to-date formulas and ingredients. People with sensitive skin are encouraged to use the small path test when using a Spookleaf Collective product to ensure they do not have an adverse reaction of any kind. If skin becomes irritated, discontinue use of the product immediately. 

Spookleaf Collective LLC makes NO CLAIM to prevent or cure any disease or medical problem.

Please also know that none of Spookleaf Collective's inventory is edible.

Placing an order

 Once an order is placed, the details are routed to Spookleaf Collective to be packed and a confirmation email is sent to the customer within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.

When processed, the order will be delivered the following Friday morning - unless otherwise communicated - to USPS for delivery. Please be aware that processing stage can take up to 4-7 business days - excluding weekends and holidays - versus a status of 'shipped/shipping' which indicates that the item has been delivered to USPS for shipment,

Once USPS has the package, tracking information will be emailed. If for any reason you encounter issues with the delivery once shipped, please ensure to contact and collaborate with your local post office for more assistance.

Delivery

At this time, Spookleaf Collective ships within the United States and Canada. Our primary postal carrier is USPS. All orders are dropped at the postal office weekly Friday mornings, unless otherwise communicated.

All items are quality checked before they leave Spookleaf's possession, so if items are lost, damaged, or stolen please know that Spookleaf is not liable; however if these scenarios arise, we do ask that you contact us at info@spookleafcollective.com or through our on-site contact form within 48 hours to allow us the opportunity to assess the situation and explore solutions. If the report pertains to damages, we ask that extensive photos and videos of the damage be shared with us.

Returns & refunds

For sanitation reasons, all Spookleaf Collective sales are final; refunds, returns, and/or exchanges are not offered at this time. 

If items are returned to us due to an invalid address, please know that your order will be refunded with the exception of shipping costs and up to a 30% restock fee once  the item is back within Spookleaf's possesion. To avoid this, please ensure that the shipping address of choice is correct before checking out.
